ForPediatric clinics

A site that reassures the parent before it delights the kid.

Pediatric patients are kids, but pediatric customers are their parents. We built every part of the platform around that — the voice of the copy, the structure of intake, the way we surface what makes your office different. Cute comes second; competent comes first.

What's differentPediatric pipeline

Built around the parent, calibrated for the child.

01

Parent-first booking flow

The intake form is structured around who's actually filling it out — the parent. Your name, your child's name and age, what's bringing them in. COPPA-aligned: kids under 13 never enter their own information.

02

A pediatric service catalog

Thirty curated pediatric services with parent-readable descriptions: first dental visit, sealants, sedation options, sensory-friendly visits, frenectomy, behavior guidance. Vetted copy, no boilerplate.

03

Voice tuned for parents

Our AI drafts your About copy and team bios in a warm-pediatric voice — competent first, fear-reducing second, never cutesy at the parent. You review every draft before it publishes.

04

Kid amenities, surfaced

The TVs in every room. Prizes after every visit. Sensory-friendly Saturdays. The platform has a place for these and a section that displays them prominently — without making the rest of the site feel infantilizing.

05

Team page that works for kids

Photos, credentials, and bios for every dentist and hygienist — plus optional fun-fact and 'loves' callouts that help kids walk into a less scary appointment having already 'met' Dr. Chen.

06

HIPAA-aligned by default

Every patient field — including parent name and child age — encrypted at the database layer. Audit-logged. The compliance posture is the foundation, not a paid add-on.

What we don't doThings you won't see

The pediatric tropes we deliberately leave out.

  • No cartoon mascots talking down to parents.Parents are educated adults making a healthcare decision. They're not the audience for a smiling tooth in sunglasses.
  • No stock photos of generic kids.Pediatric stock photography is legally and ethically fraught. We push you to use real patient photos with full consent — or we'll fall back to abstract, pediatric-feeling visuals instead.
  • No "state-of-the-art" / "passionate about kids" copy.Generic praise sounds like every other clinic site. We force ourselves (and the AI) to write specifics — years in pediatrics, board certifications, languages spoken, the kind of patient you're especially good with.
  • No marketing-call-to-action endings. The booking widget handles "schedule today." The copy elsewhere stays editorial and trustworthy.
